WORKSPACE

Our main workspace is situated on the ground level, and its front-facing window looks out to Symonds St and the Uptown neighbourhood. An intimate performance for up to 30 pax could be housed in this space, or maybe a pop-up store, a making workshop, a board meeting or even a two-hander rehearsal. It has beautiful wooden floors and a calming energy.

ARTIST LOUNGE

Behind the internal door of our main workspace is the artist lounge. This room is intimate and private, and works perfectly as a breakout room or chill zone. People love to share kōrero informally here, or work on their laptops together. All of our super moveable furniture can be easily tucked away if you would like a second empty space to work in.

ACCOMODATION

Accessed via an external stairwell and underneath our creative spaces is our artist guest room. Fully self-contained, this room has a shower and toilet as well as a sink, fridge, and basic equipment for tea, coffee and toast. With its low ceiling and brick walls, it has a cosy bunker feel to it. It opens out onto an external courtyard, providing an urban-feel outdoor breakout space.
